To Become a Member:
- $495 annual cost
- 700 score+
- Must have an active LLC
- Valid photo ID
- And must have ONE of the following:
- Licensed active real estate agent or broker.
- Licensed active general contractor.
- Proof you have owned / own five (5) real estate – residential or commercial in past 24 months. (Ex: you own 3 homes now and you sold 2 last year)
- 4 year degee attorney/lawyer or real estate related degree.
- $50,000+ in any bank account including IRA, 401K, checking, savings, stocks, etc.
